As a Recruiter / HR Employee in recruitment at Expance, you will play a vital role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our company. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, as well as a deep understanding of the skills and attributes needed for various roles within the financial advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for the role.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and the specific qualifications required for their teams.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Represent Expance at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in recruitment and HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the financial services or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using HR and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
